Printer Keys (this PC)

Connect the free QZ Tray override certificate generated on this counter laptop so Allow + Remember works and print popups stop repeating. Keys stay in this browser only — they are never uploaded to Firebase.

Step 1 — Create keys in QZ Tray (once per PC)
  • Right-click the QZ Tray icon in the Windows system tray (bottom-right).
  • Open Advanced → Site Manager → click + → Create New.
  • Click Yes to create keys, Yes to install, and Yes to copy to override.crt. Accept any Windows UAC prompts.
  • A folder named QZ Tray Demo Cert appears on the desktop with digital-certificate.txt and private-key.pem.

Step 2 — Load those keys into BillerEase on this PC

Store: . Upload the files from this PC's Demo Cert folder, or paste their contents.

Step 3 — Allow once, then print silently
  • Click "Connect & test print" above (or print a real bill).
  • When QZ Tray asks, check "Remember this decision" and click Allow. Allow should stay enabled because the request is signed.
  • Repeat Steps 1–3 on every customer counter PC that prints. Each PC needs its own Demo Cert keys.
